  1. Intake, Assessment and Consultation

    • The assessment process begins after the initial intake form below is filled and submitted. Your application will be reviewed and we will be in contact with you shortly after.

    • An initial consultation (either a call or email) will be held to review your application and set up a game-plan for your success. This allows you time to address any questions or concerns of your coach and find out if online coaching is a good fit for you. This will also serve us to get a better understanding of your:

      • Previous success and barriers

      • Training history and training preference

      • Past nutrition success, struggles and preferences

      • Current/previous injuries and or limitations

      • Lifestyle questions (sleep, stress, gut health, training/nutrition, hydration)

  2. Individualized Exercise Programming

    • You will receive a highly individualized training program that is regularly updated to ensure constant progression towards your goals

    • Life happens - your program will be adjusted at any time to accommodate to any circumstance that may arise

  3. Individualized Nutrition Coaching

    • *You will receive an individualized macronutrient based nutrition guide to help reach your goal

  1. Accountability

    • Daily, weekly and/or monthly check-ins, unless otherwise specified, to ensure your health and fitness journey is progressing smoothly

    • We're here to help! You will have access to your coach to ask any questions, need clarity on something or, if you feel stumped and lack the motivation and need support
