From backyard games to competing professionally, Glen’s journey has always been driven by a commitment to growth and performance. As a professional wide receiver and performance coach, he understands firsthand the discipline, resilience, and consistency required to succeed at the highest levels.

Through GMB Solutions, Glen focuses on developing complete performers — not just stronger athletes, but individuals who build confidence, mental toughness, and long-term discipline through movement and intentional training.

His mission is simple: help individuals raise their standard and pursue their full potential in sport and in life.

Kass discovered her passion for fitness through her own personal journey with health and wellness. What began as a way to improve her lifestyle quickly evolved into a deeper calling to help others build confidence and strength through movement.

As a certified personal trainer, Kass focuses on creating supportive, empowering training environments where individuals of all backgrounds can improve their physical and mental well-being.

Her goal is to help people develop sustainable habits, build confidence in their abilities and realize that progress is possible for anyone willing to show up and do the work.

Our principles guide everything we do — from how we train to how we approach growth in life. Methods may evolve, but the foundation stays the same.

Clean movement patterns are the foundation of durable performance. Athletes must demonstrate control across multiple planes of motion—linear, lateral, and rotational—before intensity, speed, and complexity are added.

Repetition drives adaptation only when reps are purposeful, coached, and reinforced with feedback. Every drill and exercise has a clear objective.

Foundational skills are mastered before advanced variations are introduced. Progression is earned through consistency and execution, not rushed.
